In accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1–2 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter GDPR – we inform you that this document regulates the principles of processing your personal data and the use of cookies in relation to your use of our website and email or phone communications.

§1 Personal data
- A person visiting the site or contacting the Administrator via email or phone (hereinafter referred to as the “user”) may provide their personal data to the Administrator through available contact forms.
- The administrator of the user’s personal data is the Administrator.
- The data provided to the Administrator is processed for the purposes specified in §2.
- The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided.
- Providing data is always voluntary but necessary to establish contact.
- Personal data is collected with due diligence and appropriately protected from unauthorized access.
- The user’s personal data will be processed until the communication with us ends or, in the case of cooperation, until the end of the statute of limitations for potential claims arising from the contract. Data included in invoices will be processed until the legal requirements for retaining accounting documentation are fulfilled. Additionally, some data may be processed even after these periods for archival, analytical, and statistical purposes, as detailed in §2.
- The user has the following rights:
- the right to request access to their data, correction, deletion, or limitation of processing,
- the right to object to processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent for data processing for a specific purpose if the user previously gave such consent,
- the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
§2 Purposes and legal basis for processing
The data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries in connection with a request for such contact initiated by the user – the legal basis for data processing is the user’s consent resulting from initiating contact (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- Archiving incoming and outgoing correspondence for the purpose of proving its course, which is our legitimate legal interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- If our contact results in cooperation, the data will then be processed for the performance of the contract concluded with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- Issuing invoices, maintaining and storing accounting documentation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- Archival (evidence) purposes in case of a legal need to prove facts and for the purpose of possible determination, pursuing, or defense against claims, which is our legitimate legal interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- Analytical purposes, such as selecting services for our clients, optimizing our products or services based on customer feedback, optimizing service processes based on sales and after-sales service, which is our legitimate legal interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- Customer satisfaction surveys and determining the quality of our service, which is our legitimate legal interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§3 Data recipients/sub-processors
- The user’s personal data may be shared with our subcontractors, i.e., entities whose services we use in processing personal data.
- The user’s personal data may be transferred to third countries (outside the European Union). Appropriate data safeguards are ensured through an approved certification mechanism combined with enforceable commitments from the data recipient to ensure proper safeguards (Privacy Shield program).
- Below is a list of possible recipients of the user’s data:
- Individuals cooperating under civil law contracts, supporting the Administrator’s current activities,
- Provider of accounting software,
- Provider of project management software,
- Provider of office software,
- Company maintaining the website on the server (hosting provider),
- Company maintaining the administrator’s email (email server provider),
- Relevant public authorities, to the extent the Administrator is required to disclose data to them.
§4 Cookies
- Cookies are IT data, especially text files, stored on the user’s device when using our website. Cookies typically contain the website’s name, the time they are stored on the device, and a unique number.
- Cookies are used for:
- Adapting website content to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; these cookies allow the website to recognize the user’s device and display the website appropriately according to their individual needs,
- Creating statistics that help understand how users interact with the website, which allows improving the structure and content,
- Maintaining the user’s session on the website (after logging in), so the user does not need to re-enter their login and password on every subpage.

Our website uses two main types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the user’s device until they log out, leave the website, or close the browser. “Persistent” cookies are stored on the user’s device for a specified period or until they are deleted by the user.

a) “Necessary” cookies are essential for the core functions of the website, and the website will not function as intended without them. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information. “Necessary” cookies are stored in the user’s browser because they are required for the basic functions of the site to operate.

§5 Server logs
- Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the website is stored. Each query directed to the server is saved in server logs.
- The logs include, among other things, the user’s IP address, server date and time, information about the browser and operating system. Logs are stored on the server.
- Data saved in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the site and is not used by us to identify users.
- Server logs are solely auxiliary materials for website administration and their contents are not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to administer the server.
